Discovery call and gap analysis in-person or via Zoom
Proposal provided based on the discovery call
On acceptance of the proposal, timelines and next steps are discussed
I liaise with the relevant parties and start implementation
I monitor and measure, and we iterate where necessary
We discuss next steps, scope of maintenance or additional projects
